The General Secretariat of Imam Hussain Holy Shrine announced the success of its plan of reviving Ashura ceremonies 'Tuwairej run' and thank all people who have participated in the success of the ceremonies.
In an interview with the official website, The Secretary-General of Imam Hussain Shrine, and the supervisor of the 'Tuwairej run' mourning processions, Mr. Hassan Rasheed Al-Abaychi, said that "the Hussaini Shrine announced the success of its plan of commemorating Ashura pilgrimage"
He added that "the Shrine administration has prepared a strict, accurate security plan to preserve Ashoura pilgrims in cooperation with Al-Abbas Holy Shrine and the general and local government authorities starting from the first night of Muharram.
Al-Abaychi concluded, " A lot of thanks and gratitude to the employee's staff of Imam Hussain Shrine who have participated in the success of the ceremonies, also the brothers in the Al-Abbas holy shrine, the security forces and all its branches, the local government, services departments, media staff, volunteer teams, mourning processions, and the pilgrims."
