Imam Hussain Shrine sets an integrated media plan for broadcasting Ashura ceremonies

The Department of Media, affiliated with the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine announced launching an integrated media plan to transmit the Ashura ceremonies, starting with the ceremony of replacing the red banner with the black banner of Muharram on the dome of the shrine, which announces the official beginning of Muharram, the season of sorrows for Ahlualbayt and their lovers.

The head of the department, Engineer Abbas Assem Al-Khafaji, said in a statement to the official website, that "the department launched an integrated media plan to transmit Ashura revival to the whole world" noting that "the department has used all the tools and capabilities available for this purpose to serve people desires of transmitting Ashura to the whole world"

He added, "The department's first activity was the launch of the unified hashtag (وفاءً للحسين#)" which means giving absolute loyalty, and sincere following to Imam Hussain

He continued, "The department through the live feed, will broadcast Ashura ceremonies in the shrine of Imam Hussain, through the official website and the official channel of Imam Hussain shrine on YouTube, indicating that the department will provide a (free) live feed available for the channels who want to broadcast by using the link without restrictions, or copyrights.

He concluded that "The department has launched a campaign to perform online Zyiarah on behalf of all the names that appear on the site"
