The General Secretariat of al-Kadhumain Holy Shrine in Baghdad announced the opening of its doors to pilgrims for 24 hours throughout the year.
“Work shifts of employees have been adjusted and new night shifts have been added,” said the Shrine’s administration.
The administration added that there is cooperation with the Iraqi security forces.
The al-Kadhumain Holy Shrine, which includes the holy graves of Imam Musa al-Kadhum and Imam Muhammad al-Jawad, was previously closed from 11:00pm – 5:00am due to security reasons.
