Pakistani woman embraces faith of the Ahlul-Bayet (Peace Be Upon Them) after visiting Kerbela

A Pakistani woman pilgrim, Arshad Kaoser, has embraced Shia Islam – the Islamic faith of the Ahlul-Bayet (Peace Be Upon Them) – after her arrival in the holy city of Kerbela.

Kaoser said, “I always wondered what Kerbela was, and who Imam Hussain (Peace Be Upon Him) was? And I always prayed to God for granting me a visit to Kerbela.”

She added, “I’ve made it to Kerbela. And after attending lectures on Ashura Day and attending Hussainian religious rites and observances, I decided to embrace Shia Islam—the Islamic faith of the Ahlul-Bayet (Peace Be Upon Them).”

Kaoser also said that making a pilgrimage to Imam Hussain (Peace Be Upon Him) changes one’s life and helps them obtain the true love for the Ahlul-Bayte (Peace Be Upon Them), emphasizing, “Following the Ahlul-Bayte (Peace Be Upon Them) is the only way to salvation.”

She concluded, saying that if all people live their lives according to the principles of Imam Hussain’s (Peace Be Upon Him) revolution, not a drop of blood will be shed on the face of earth.
