Imam Hussain Pilgrim City receives pilgrims (hajis) going to Mecca

Imam Hussain Pilgrim City has received convoys of pilgrims (hajis) who are going to perform Haj rituals in Mecca and Medina. 

Abdul-Ameer Taha – director of Imam Hussain Pilgrim City – said that the pilgrim city received 940 pilgrims (Hajis) who came from the city of Maysan, the city of Muthenna, and the city of Basrah.

He added that the pilgrims were received, offered food and medical services, in addition to preparing buses to take them to visit the Imam Hussain Shrine. 

The pilgrim city is expected to receive more convoys of pilgrims coming from other Iraqi southern cities.
