A replica of the lattice-enclosed tomb of Imam Hussein (Peace Be Upon Him) has arrived in Antwerp city, Belgium in order to be displayed in one of the Belgian museums.
A great number of Belgians: officials and ordinary people, attended the arrival of the replica of the lattice-enclosed tomb.
The same replicate was displayed in Cologne city, Germany for 6 months, and now it is in Belgium.
Ebeer El-E’reji, director of Ez-Zehra’ Foundation, said that displaying this replica would be a new language, which would carry peace and rationality to those who are subscribed to other Godly religions to manifest to them what Islam really is.
It is also intended to display this replica in other museums in the European countries where Muslims can be granted the opportunity to see it and communicate with Imam Hussein (Peace Be Upon Him).
Reja’ El-Hesnawi, Iraqi immigrant, said, “This replica makes us feel as if we are living fiducial moments that remind us of the old days when we would make a pilgrimage to Imam Hussein (Peace Be Upon Him).”
She added that the replica indicated many things such as tolerance and telling what happened to Muslims after the departure of the Prophet Mohammed and what happened to his family (the Ahlul-Bayet) (God’s Blessings Be Upon Them) in Et-Taf battle, in addition to the lessons of humanity and morality people should learn.
