A number of children of martyrs – accompanied by their families – arrived at Imam Hussein Shrine to receive their gifts on the occasion of the Eid (Greater Bairam).
Sheikh Abdul-Mehdi El-Kerbela’e, representative of the Shia Muslim Supreme Religious Authority, met the children and their families and gave the children the Eid’s gifts, in addition to responding to their needs.
He emphasized the importance of taking care of the children and their education in order for them to follow the same noble path their fathers followed.
