Ali El-Akber Paramilitary Brigade of Imam Hussein Shrine has declared victory over ISIS after completely liberating Tal Afar District.
Ali El-Akber Brigade commander Ali Kereem El-Hisnawi said, “We would like to tell the Iraqi people and the Shia Muslim Supreme Religious Authority that we have liberated Tal Afar completely,” confirming that the Iraqi army and Popular Mobilization Forces targeted certain ISIS locations early in the morning.
