The Digital Media of Imam Hussein Shrine has produced a video showing the significant role of the Shia Muslim Supreme Religious Authority in terms of issuing the edict of Collective Jihad on ISIS.
The video, which is 4D, shows how the Iraqi people recaptured the cities from ISIS who took over one third of Iraq.
