Contract signed to import prostheses for paramilitaries and soldiers

Imam Hussein Holy Shrine has signed a contract with the Organization of the Popular Mobilization Forces to import prostheses.

The custodian of the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine sheikh Abdul-Mehdi El-Kerbela’e said that the wounded paramilitaries and soldiers – popular mobilization forces and security forces of Iraq –, especially those who have lost their limbs during the war against ISIS, have to be taken care of by providing them with prostheses in order make their lives easier.

A team of practitioners will be trained more on the modern prostheses in order for them to work more accurately with the patients.
