High-achieving female students awarded pilgrimage to Imam Er-Ridha and golden medals

 

The Media Division for Women of the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine has held a festival to award the typical high-achieving students of the University of Kerbela and the University of Kufa.

 

Sheikh Abdul-Mehdi El-Kerbela’e, custodian of Imam Hussein Holy Shrine, delivered a speech in which he said: “This festival is to signify the importance of connection between the professors and students and the principles of Imam Hussein (Peace Be Upon Him). It is also to shed light upon the importance of the academic fields of knowledge through which we can lead humanity.”

 

The representatives of the two universities appreciated the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine for taking care of the students and their knowledge.

 

220 female high-achieving students have been awarded: Pilgrimage to Imam Er-Ridha Holy Shrine for 15 students, golden medals for 27 students, special woman’s dresses for 178 students. In addition, professors have also been awarded for their remarkable efforts with their students.
