The Religious Tourism Department of the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine has announced making a pilgrimage to Mecca to perform Minor Hajj (Umrah), and to visit the graves of Ahlul-Bayet (Peace Be Upon Them) in Ramadhan during the Night of Quran Revelation and the nights of the anniversary of Imam Ali’s (Peace Be Upon Him) martyrdom.
The pilgrimage will be for 20 days: 4 days will be in Medina, and 16 days will be in Mecca.
The fee is $1500 paid in cash, which can also be paid in installments, provided the applicant has a guarantor who must be an employee at the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine.
