Medical student represents Iraq and Imam Hussein Holy Shrine in international Quran contest

 

Zaineb Adnan El-Musawi is a 20-year old young woman, majoring in medicine, has come to a conclusion that studying and memorizing the Noble Quran would help her improve her life and her academic study.

 

With the help of her family, the Quran House of the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine has begun to help her in memorizing the Noble Quran and teach her the Quranic rules of recitation.

 

Zaineb has recently been chosen to represent Iraq and the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine as a Quran recitation competitor in the 34th International Quran Recitation Contest, which will be held in Tehran, Iran on April 18-25, 2017.

 

The Quran recitation contest will witness 23 female competitors from inside and outside Iran.
