Et-Tufoof Paramilitary Brigade of the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine announced the completion of defusing tens of bombs ISIS had planted in Juhf Town – Northern Mosul City – Western Iraq.
Qasim Muslih, Brigade Commander, said that experts from his brigade defused all those bombs that ISIS had planted, targeting the Iraqi troops.
He also said that ISIS began to use a new type of bombs called “smart sensor bombs” which explode the moment they detect a person passing by.
He also said that the brigade began to plant those bombs as a defensive line in front of the troops’ location for extra protection against ISIS's attacks; this is not the first time for the brigade to use the bombs, but they used them before and succeeded in stopping ISIS's attacks.
