After military engineers defused tens of mines and bombs planted by ISIS in El-Qeyareh area – Mosul City, North Iraq, paramilitaries from the Popular Mobilization Forces restored water to the people after ISIS destroyed the whole area.
Qasim Muslih, commander of Et-Tufoof Paramilitary Brigade, confirmed restoring water to the area and said that they tasked troops to guard the water station to protect it from any possible attack launched by ISIS.
He also said that taking care of the civilians and the displaced families is their top priority, in addition to providing them with food and fuel.
