On the occasion of the death the Prophet Mohammed (Allah's Blessings and Peace Be Upon Him and His Pure Lineage), the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine has been proving the pilgrims who are going on foot to the Imam Ali Holy Shrine to mourn the Prophet's death.
Hundred thousands of meals are being distributed among pilgrims three times a day. This is basically what the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine does every single year, but this year, the amount of meals has been increased to cover as many pilgrims as possible.
