El-Kerbala’i Meets up With Popular Mobilization Forces Leaders on Last Military Field Operation Developments

The Secretary-General of the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine, His Eminence, sheikh Abdul-Mehdi El-Kerbala’i met up with some leaders of the popular mobilization forces at the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine.

They discussed the last military field operation developments in different areas and how important the role of the paramilitaries and all kinds of security forces operating in those areas, in addition to the tribes who are motivating their sons to defeat the terrorist ISIS.

Ahmed El-Esedi, spokesman of the Popular Mobilization Forces, said that Anbar City liberation operations need to stop for a while due to the existence of civilians in the city, in addition to some other issues, such as the geographical nature of the city, where the ISIS is currently occupying some of its areas, and minimizing losses of lives.

He also mentioned that the terrorists ISIS are booby-trapping tens of vehicles and attacking the defensive line of the security forces and paramilitaries, but the faithful paramilitaries always abort their plans.
