A number of Tunisian converts visited the holy city of Kerbala, where they made pilgrimage to Imam Hussein and El-Abbas (Peace Be Upon Them), and then were hosted by the Religious Information Division at the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine.
In compliance with directive of the Secretary-General of the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine, His Eminence, sheikh Abdul-Mehdi El-Kerbala’i, a certain program for the converts was organized at the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine through which converts from around the world are invited to visit the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine and to be enlightened on the Islamic path of Ahlul-Bayet (Peace Be Upon Them). The Tunisian converts were taken through the program which consists of ideological and jurisprudential lectures.
The converts expressed their gratitude and appreciation to the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine for the unique hospitality.
