The Secretary-General of the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine, Sheikh Abdul-Mehdi El-Kerbala'i met with officials from the El-Kafeel Department for printing, publishing, and distribution. Sayyed Faris Hakm, Department Advisor presented their latest publications and development that indicates the independence of the department. In addition, one of the latest establishments is the introduction of "Hard Copy" covers to their publications, which originates from the coordination with global companies. Sayyed Hakm presented Sheikh El-Kerbala'i with the Department's Shield Award for his constructive guidance that played a great role in the development of the department.
