The Secretariat General of the Imam Hussein and El-Abbas Holy Shrines held their 6th Annual Conference with preparation for the Arba'een Pilgrimage. The Conference is held under the name "By God, You Will Not Wipe Our Eulogy" with the attendance of numerous officials from the Security and Services Departments of Kerbala City. Mazin El-Wazni, Secretary of the Husseini Rituals and Processions Division in Iraq presented four recommended points for Procession Supervisors: First: Processions should be careful to present the proper rituals and manners that fit with the holiness and greatness of this special occasion. Second: All processions must be cautious and monitor all suspicious movement and inform the security authorities. Third: Processions should maintain the cleanliness of the City or area, by continuously collecting wastes. Forth: Processions must comply with the instructions issued by the Processions Division as well as cooperating with the Security Division of the City. Translated By: Ahmed Ali
