Nov 8, 2013. Second part of the Friday Sermon held in the Imam Hussein holy shrine, the representative of the Islamic Supreme Religious Authority and the preacher of the Friday Sermon in Kerbala city, his eminence Sayed Ahmed Es-Safi called the Iraqi parliament for accelerating the process of legislating laws that had already been suspended. He added that Iraq is a country of laws and foundations, and those foundations require laws in order to operate properly.His eminence mentioned the pipelines project which should have been achieved especially the heavy rain Iraq has been receiving. He raised a question to the government about the reason of delaying projects. He then said, " it is so mountainous to keep mentioning the problem of delaying achieving projects. Any issue counters can be dealt with easily. He pointed out that the source of corruption which must be taken care of in an intensified way while people became so weary of that. He also clarified that some individuals are now inclined to gain money illegally and on the account of the country.
