On the occasion of the blessed birthday of the Master of all the messengers Prophet Mohammed (Allah’s peace & mercy be upon him & his pure family) and Imam Ja’fer Es-Sadiq, (PBUH), the two Secretariats-General of the Imam Hussein and the El-Abbas Holy Shrines have announced the date of holding the Eighth International Cultural Spring Festival of the Islamic Mission, which will continue for three days from January 16-19, 2015. The head of the Media Department of the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine stated that festival would be held under the title of (The Greatest Prophet Mohammed {Allah's peace & mercy be upon him & his pure family} is a divinely gift granted to us, and a path of salvation). He also mentioned that a conference would be held, as one of the activities of the festival, under the title of (We write, create, and confront with the Mohammedian light). Many academic researchers from inside and outside of Iraq will be invited. The conference will be focusing on the character of the Prophet Mohammed (Allah’s peace & mercy be upon him & his pure family) and his grandson Imam Es-Sadiq, (PBUH.) Evening ceremonies in poetry and Quran will be held. The officials of the Imam Hussein and El-Abbas Holy Shrines have been holding meetings in order to prepare for the festival.
