July 30, 2013. A delegation from African countries has had the honor by visiting the Imam Hussein holy shrine.Sheikh Ali Hussein, the head of the delegation mentioned that the delegation composed of 70 ones came according to a program prepared for groups of youths from different countries such as Africa, Belgium and some other countries come together in order to perform pilgrimage to Imam Hussein (peace be upon him). He also mentioned that the program would continue for two months with each delegation in which many jurisprudential and cultural, ethical, ideological and Quran interpretative lessons given to the members. He mentioned further that the foundation supporting the program located in Nejaf Province would publish a booklet in French untitled (Philosophy of Remadan month).He concluded by thanking the management of the Imam Hussein holy shrine headed by the Secretary-General Sheikh Abdul Mehdi El-Kerbala'i, for offering the best services to the delegation during the whole period of their residency by providing them with vehicles for their tour and their study, in addition to the accommodation in Kerbala Province.
