Sayed El-Safi, confirms the rejection of the Islamic Supreme Religious Authorities to the one-side privileges

July 5, 2013. Second part of the Friday Sermon held in the Imam Hussein holy shrine, the representative of the supreme religious authority and the preacher of the Friday Sermon in Kerbala city, his eminence Sayed Ahmed El-Safi, has mentioned a bunch of Iraq's important issues such as many politicians called upon overruling the pension of the parliaments; mentioning that such an issue had already been refused and called upon quashing it by the Islamic Supreme Religious Authority before two years, and made it incumbent on the government to nullify such a law.His eminence mentioned the attempt of the parliaments of legislating laws that lead to their own benefit or satisfying some other parties, considering it as an improper step where each item of law has its own conditions and reasons. He also mentioned that, "We support developing Iraqi security forces without letting any breach might occur to the laws, and we are against any violations also, but some figures of the security forces trespassed an Iraqi citizen which led to his death is something has to be ended because the duty of security guards is to ensure security to people according to the human rights in terms of serving citizens."His eminence concluded his speech with mentioning Iraq being recently out of the seventh item which is a promising element for Iraq and urges the Iraqis towards seeking building the country. He also pointed out at seeking assistance from a very important class of the society which is the academic qualified and professionals in building the infrastructure.
