The Quran House of the Imam Hussein holy shrine held a course for qualifying the teachers of the Quranic courses all over Iraq in order to function in a more enhanced level. Sheikh Hasan El-Mensori, the head of the Department of the Quran House said, "One of the important elements the Quran house takes care is the Quranic courses teachers, and this courses is being held in the name of Imam El-Kadhim (peace be upon him)."
