Coinciding with the anniversary of the auspicious birthday of Fatimatul Zehra', (Peace of Allah be upon her), the Religious Information Section for Female in the Imam Hussein holy shrine holds a ceremony of honoring women just reached puberty in the holy city of Kerbala. Sayed Murtadha El-Qizweeni delivered a speech in which his eminence called the parents for watching their kids what they watch and how they behave, and kids, especially the female must be taught according to the righteous path of Fatimatul Zehra', and her pure daughter Zainab (Peace of Allah be upon them).Shaikh Abdul Mahdi El-Kerbal'i also delivered a speech in which his eminence advised the just-reached-puberty girls to behave differently for being legally competent. He also said that one of the obligations is the scarf which must be worn in before foreigners (Those who are not a brother, father or uncle) according to what legislated By Allah.Also, Shaik El-Mteari said that parents have to guide their children well and according what's obligatory in this life such as praying, fasting, not listening to songs, music or committing great sins.
