Coinciding with the commemoration of the martyrdom of Fatima (p.b.u.h). A Thai lady embraced Islam at the Imam Ridha holy shrine.Mrs. Bimbao Kambing uttered the two declarations of Faith in Islam in order to declare her conversion from Christianity into Islam. She also changed her name into Maria.She said, "I've been coming to Iran and watching how Muslims pray and hold their own rituals and mourning ceremonies, so, that attracted me and made me feel the closeness to Islam. Since then, I started searching and investigating Islam until it turned out that Islam is the complete, absolute and the most perfect religion." She also mentioned that Islam had all the most valuable principles ensure eternal happiness, tranquility and success; moreover, there were many commons between Islam and Christianity. Also, she clarified that the Imam Ridha holy shrine is one of the best holy places in the world, and I found it the best place to declare my conversion into Islam. It's been mentioned that a copy of Noble Quran in English was given to Maria in addition to some other books in belief, educational products and presents. By: Mohammed Jasim
