For promulgating the principles of noble Islam that Imam Hussein, his family and a noble group of his companions (p.b.u.t) sacrificed themselves for in the EL-Taf tragic battle; Baghdad university - college of languages held an eulogistic ceremony on this commemoration. The commemoration's been attended by a delegation from the Imam Hussein holy shrine in compliance with a previous invitation by the headquarter of the university, a delegation from the EL-Abbas holy shrine, a delegation from EL-Kathum holy shrine and a great crowd of college masters and students. The commemoration's been inaugurated with reciting verses of Noble Quran then a speech delivered by the representative of the University, and some students did a little performance under the title of (Art deserted). A short play performed showing prosecuting the murderers of Imam Hussein (p.b.u.h) in which the actors demonstrated a great dramatic assimilation which showed the era of the murderers of Imam Hussein (p.b.u.h) and the current time of the lovers and adorers of Imam Hussein (p.b.u.h). On the sideline of the commemoration; an exhibit of photographs has been held to give a great image of the reality. By: Mohammed Jassim
