In the scope of work of the Qur'anic and educational common activities between the Imam Hussein holy shrine and the other educational organizations; a delegation from Basrah University headed by D. Sajid Sa'ad, the assistant president of the University, and the other members: D. Falhi Abdul Hassan, the Dean of college of science, D. Nabeel Abdul Razzaq, the Dean of college of Engineering and Abdul Razzaq Raheem, the head of the University information met Shaikh Abdul Mahdy EL-Kerbala'i, the Secretary-General of the Imam Hussein holy shrine. EL-Kerbala'i, initially welcomed them and expressed his willing to cooperation to help college students, and hold the second annual conference under the title of "The illuminations of Imam Hussein's revolution in our academic foundations". The assistant president of the University has presented an elucidation about the actualization of the colleges and the role of the Imam Hussein holy shrine in the edificational and instructional scope in order to confront the antagonistically educational campaigns against Islam.He also confirmed that the conference would be at the Basrah University auditorium; with great participation of scientists and researchers. Also, on the sidelines of the conference; a products fair would be held for two days in cooperation of the Imam Hussein holy shrine.By: Mohammed Jassim
