Shaikh. Abdul Mahdy EL-Kerbala'i delivered a speech in which he began with condoling the Prophet Mohammed and the infallible Imams (p.b.u.t) for the tragic commemoration of Imam Hussein's martyrdom, and what the infallible Imams (p.b.u.t) affirmed the merit of the pilgrimage narrated in scriptures and narrations by them. His Eminence advised the brother pilgrims to pursue the aims inspired by the pilgrimage (salutation) that Imam Hussein sacrificed himself for in order to have them instilled in ourselves. Some of what His Eminence mentioned are:1. Affirming the spirit of God-fearingness for a faithful individual, and that will be achieved by perusing the biography of Imam Hussein (p.b.u.h), and recognizing his immortal revolution aims.2. Each faithful person should shed light upon the attitude was between the two sides and recognize the Right and Wrong, then we would take a great lesson from the companions of Imam Hussein (p.b.u.t).3. We should pray for inspiration from the Imam Hussein and his lineage and how they had been patient in so many ordeals and agonizing catastrophes because the war between Right and Wrong went on for decades, so it needed patience to gain the victory.4. If anyone needs to know the privileges he gained for performing pilgrimage and concomitant rituals, they should recognize the positive change takes over themselves which should be appeared in their attitude such as avoiding sins, Wrong and prohibitions. 5. Observance of the rights of God and other people, and holding ourselves responsible for the mistakes we make, and we should recognize our faults before we do the others'.By: Mohammed Jassim
