Imam Hussain Shrine prints a special curriculum for blind and visually impaired in (braille)

The printing unit at the Noor Al-Imam Al-Hussain Institute for the Blind and Visually Impaired, affiliated with the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine, has started printing a curriculum that is specialized for the blind in a (Braille) way.

The supervisor of the institutes for the blind, Sami Jawad, said in an interview with the official website, "our staff has started to work on printing the curriculum for the blind primary schools. and shares the same curriculum as the Ministry of Education modern versions of 2023"

He added that "all the detail were set up like Arabic grammatical Harakat (Tashkeel) and spellings, and was sent to the printing unit"

Pointing out that the printing in braille is considered the first of its kind in Iraq and can print over (400) characters per minute"

It is stated that the Holy Shrine supervises and sponsors many humanitarian projects in different ways in society.
