Imam Hussain Holy Shrine, and through its branch in the Republic of Mali, organizes a Quranic symposium on the science of the Holy Quran.

The International Quranic Center at the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine and through its branch staff, in the Republic of Mali organized a scientific course specialized in the sciences of the Holy Qur’an with a participation of a university students group.

The official in charge of the Quranic activity in Africa, Sheikh Ali Al-Tai, said: “With great interest in spreading Quranic culture in various cities and villages in the Republic of Mali, the International Quranic Center affiliated with the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine continues to organize its various Quranic programs, which include establishing scientific courses in the field of Quranic sciences that brings together elites of intellectuals and university students.

The activities will continue for six months at the branch’s headquarter in the capital, Bamako"

Regarding the topics of the sessions, Al-Ta’i added: “This Qur’anic course includes several sessions, the history of the Holy Qur’an, the collecting of its pages and its verses, as well as the characteristics of 

Meccan surahs and Madinan surahs and other more topics."
