Imam Hussein Shrine has announced finishing the third stage of thinning the pillars that are surrounding the lattice-enclosed tomb of Imam Hussein (Peace Be Upon Him).
Mohammed Hasan Kadhim, chief engineer, said that three stages of thinning the pillars were achieved, and the last stages will be achieved soon.
He added that that two meters were added to each of the four sides of the lattice-enclosed tomb, which makes more room for the pilgrims to circumambulate the lattice-enclosed tomb.
