Et-Tufoof Paramilitary Brigade assistant commander has stated that they have arrested the ISIS terrorist Abo Shaima El-Betyoti, registrar of record of Yazidi captive women, and head of anesthetists at ISIS’ hospital.
He added that the paramilitaries surrounded him for a couple of hours until they arrested him.
El-Betyoti, during investigation, said that he operated on ISIS wounded militants, in addition to being the head of the cesarean section team.
