Free services and protection by Imam Hussein and El-Abbas Holy Shrines on Imam El-Askeri's death anniversary

 

In commemoration of the death anniversary of Imam El-Hasan El-Eskeri (Peace Be Upon Him, the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine sent a service group to Samarra city, where the holy shrine of Imam El-Eskeri is, to offer pilgrims, who have been flocking to make a pilgrimage to the Imam, all kinds of services.

 

The service group; comprised of medical practitioners, in addition to a staff specialized in offering pilgrims free services, such as foods, water, and everything pilgrims would normally need during their pilgrimage; was sent, complying with the directives of the custodian of the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine, his Eminence sheikh Abdul-Medi El-Kerba;a'e.

 

Annually, pilgrims attend to commemorate the tragic death of Imam El-Hasan El-Eskeri (Peace Be Upon Him), followed by commemorating the appointment of Imam El-Medi (May Allah Hasten His Reappearance) as the successor.

 

El-Abbas Holy Shrine also sent troops from El-Abbas division, which is part of the Popular Mobilization Forces, to Samarra to ensure security to pilgrims.
