A previously ISIS-occupied area named “Khebeeran” in Tal-La’fer – Mosul City, has recently been liberated by Ali El-Akber Brigade, one of the Popular Mobilization Forces of the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine. Khebeeran was a vital area for the ISIS which connects Tel-Lafer and Mosul.
Upon entering Khebeeran, and as cautious as the paramilitaries were, they were attacked with 3 car bombs, but those cars were detonated by the paramilitaries before they had gained access.
