BA, MA,and Ph.D. holders continue Quranic studies at Imam Hussein Holy Shrine

The Imam Hussein Holy Shrine has established a higher institute and begun to attract BA, MA, and Ph.D. holders from all over the world to continue their Quranic studies at the institute.

An interview has been conducted with the international professor Abdur-Resool El-Gheffari, in which he mentioned that one of the objectives of the institute is to connect with the other international scientific organizations and religious universities in terms of creating an atmosphere of communication through preaching on Islam and the belief of Ahlul-Bayet (Peace Be Upon Them).

He also mentioned that a student must be graduated from high school with a GPA of 80%. Moreover, a student has to be commended by three teachers at the religious school or by one of the four Islamic Supreme Religious Authorities in Nejaf City. In addition, a student will be examined beforehand, and has to be known for their good ethics; and complying with the Islamic proper dressing, for women.

30 Ph.D. holders have been chosen to teach at the institute; 5 of them are from Pakistan and India.
