Compliance with the directives of the Secretary-General of the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine, His Eminence, sheikh Abdul-Mehdi El-Kerbala’i, an agreement has been signed with Kerbala Medical Department to open a medical section specifically for the paramilitaries in El-Husseini Hospital 24/7.
The wounded paramilitaries will receive intensive medical attention, and if their condition requires to be sent to another hospital, an agreement has been signed with Parsian and Tos Hospitals in Iran to receive any casualties for treatment.
