Complying with the rule of picking up arms by the Supreme Religious Authority, Grand Ayatul-lah sayyed Ali Es-Seystani, the Scout Association which belongs to the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine has opened centers to enroll and train those who are willing to pick up weapons and fight the ISIS.
