Imam Hussain Shrine contributes to achieving large water station expansion project

The Department of Maintenance of the Imam Hussain Shrine has announced the completion of the expansion project of the water station in AlKhairat District.

Maintenance Department Director Kereem AlEmbari said, “The water station has been developed and expanded. Its capacity has risen from 200 cubic meters an hour to 1400 cubic meters an hour.”

He added that the project has been achieved in cooperation with the AlAbbas Shrine and Karbala’s Department of Water.

AlEmbari noted that this project is one of the largest and vital water projects, which will supply remote places with sufficient amounts of drinking water.
