Achieving advanced stages of project of second most beautiful street in Karbala

Seventy percent of Hasan Zainey Street project has been achieved, the Imam Hussain Shrine has announced.

Project technical assistant director Eqeel Muslim Hani said Hasan Zainey street is 530 meters long, 12 meters wide, and the median is 2.90 meters wide.

He added 2 pipelines for potable water have been set for the people living on both sides of the street in cooperation with Karbala’s Water Department.

Hani said further the median will be planted with trees as well as installing a surveillance camera system and lights, noting that this will be the most beautiful street in the holy city of Karbala.
