The Office of the Supreme Religious Authority, Sayed Ali al-Husseini al-Sistani, expects the crescent of Eid al-Fitr to be seen this year on Tuesday evening.
It is expected that the crescent of the month of Shawwal will most likely be viewable on the evening of Tuesday (Ramadan 29) corresponding to (June 4) in the horizon of the holy city of Najaf at sunset at 7:05 pm.
