New lattice-enclosed tomb of Martyrs arrives in Kerbela

The Maintenance Department of the Imam Hussain Shrine has announced that the lattice-enclosed tomb of the Martyrs has arrived in the holy city of Kerbela.

Kereem ElEmbarei, department’s director, said the Imam Hussain Shrine will begin installing the lattice-enclosed tomb in a few days after removing the old one.

ElEmbarei added that the lattice-enclosed tomb is 5 meters long and 3 meters high, which consumed 10 years of constant work to be built, noting that it has been presented by the board of trustees of the city of Qum, Iran.
