Zainul-Abedeen Hospital, one of the edifices erected by the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine, has been open for approximately 6 months, and during this period, 663 surgeries have been performed; 216 of the surgeries were performed in August 2016.
The hospital has 4 operation rooms: 3 of them are for general surgeries, such as brain, spine, bones, and joints; and 1 operation room is for heart surgeries.
The hospital is equipped with the best medical devices that are made by remarkable companies from around the world; the medical team is highly qualified and experienced; and the fee of the hospital, that covers everything, is competitive in proportion to other hospitals in Iraq.
